Also Is full x-ray the only in-game difference we have with patreon version compared to free build exlcuding being one version late?

I was interested, until the parts of drugging and R*pe, that made me dislike the game.
Is it a harem game where you can end up with all the LIs, or will we have to choose one of them at some point in the game?
Two things: How does one get money in this scene, and how do Windows user use the tilde function since we don't have that button?

Partial x-ray remove only 1 layer of clothes while full x-ray remove everything
