gotta be my favorite adult visual novel-type game. impressive length, amazing variety of flavors of hot dynamics that actually go somewhere, and actually compelling gameplay! (i'd go as far as saying "incredibly compelling" compared to the average nsfw game). wish more "AVN" games had these old-school adventure-game elements, and comprehensible, reactive rpg-lite stat stuff that doesn't feel absurd or tacked-on, but for now i'm thankful this one exists.
Experiencing a soft-lock bug: I had several quests set to trigger at 7PM, and after completing Paint the Town, Touched by an Angel triggered - but it has me at 7AM, the school is dark but characters are standing around in it, time won't pass automatically or manually, and the phone book in the detention room won't give me the guard's number. It just gives me the option to investigate or interact, with the default text.
Possibly complicated by having lingering detentions - when I left and came back, several times I had to complete detentions. But it didn't fix the problem - the phone book doesn't forward the quest at all. Neither does sleeping a few times.
To be clear, this happened because I was doing something kind of weird - progressing quests then sleeping before noon so that I didn't trigger the Sauce/Off contest yet. So I probably had more quest time triggers active than I was supposed to. But it is possible for this to happen.
Update: went back to an older save, played through again after finishing Sauce/Off and Touched by an Angel, and this time Paint the Town messed up the progression of In for a Dollar. Same issue basically, but with the women's bathroom not giving a quest-related interaction. Still stuck at 7AM in the dark school. Going to load another old save and try and finish every 7PM quest before Paint the Town triggers, but this is a really annoying bug :( Love the game, though.
Another Chance has already rocketed into my Top 10 of all time. Alongside games like Tropicali, Persona 4, and Mafia 2, Another Chance is one of my favourite games of all time. The characters are fantastic, the story is instantly encapsulating (unlike some VNs that start with ten minutes of solid exposition), and I am probably TOO excited for each new update.
Plus, Flora is such an amazing and wonderful soul that this creator has become the FIRST Patreon I’ve ever contributed to. The need to see Flora and experience more quests with her is THAT damn good, and so is the rest of the game.
Pretty sure it's for Patreon members only. If you are already a Patreon I would advise reaching out there for help getting into Discord. If you aren't then $2.00 a month will get you access.
Negative. Honestly you'd have to be kinda nuts to try and mod a game with this kind of update schedule, you'd be stuck updating every month. Soon as it's complete though...
Find books that you can interact with in different locations or choose dialogue options that increase it, you may have to load an earlier save if you made your intelligence too low.

wait… is Maxine a millionaire? Later on in quests, she gets tons of expensive equipment. Has it ever been mentioned that Maxine is rich cuz I thought only Kate the Super Bitch was the only rich girl.
Really enjoyed the art style but some are very different than og drawing styles. Less time on Reddit or advertising and More time on developing would be better though it really seems like you are trying to squeeze out as must as money from your supporters with a slow development.
In v1.55 I am stuck in this room during Paint the town as I can't tell Jo that I'm leaving as it won't let me go upstairs or outside or even call/text her. All other quests except Sauce/off are greyed out in the quest guide.
You peeps are cooking a truly gourmet meal with this game! After completing a certain quest, I gotta say that I'm looking forward to the (slightly) wholesome fallen Kate route.
If while on the black market you use the "Gallery Replay" feature on your phone and play a scene the inventory of the black market will remain on screen. I was able to mouse wheel back to before I opened the replay and was able to exit out of the phone and black market correctly which did resolve the issue. Testing again I was able to recreate the issue with a much shorter replay which I allowed to go to completion which also resolved the issue.
Still haven't put much of any time into the Kate side of things but it seems to me that Operation B. O. B. is a requirement for a good number of the Quest's to unlock. Isabelle's route certainly, Jo, Flora, & the Nurse's routes are all affected by it to varying degrees too. Anyway, I can tell you from personal IRL experience that this game's take on those rodents is disturbingly accurate. So since you already offed its companion in the prior Quest, as a certain narrator is so fond of pointing out, "Slaying her would probably be doing her a favor."
I think they also need to add more Kate quests that increases heart points, for I cannot do the One chance quest with her in season 2 even if I do a rerun. I loved the change of her nature in season 2, and I hope to get more of it. AND DANG, S2 is a cliffhanger, like I want to have more Lindsey interactions! I just love her over Issabelle.

I don't think they've hit the quarter done mark for the Season 2 content yet (EDIT: Actually Season 1 is currently at 43 chapters and Season 2 is at 24 so if they keep seasons about the same length then that's a bit over half way done with Season 2.) and there's two more seasons after this. If you really can't stand the wait there's a number of folks who have some sort of emulator on their phones you could try, though you'd have to go back through the comments here to look because I can't remember what the name of it is.
So with 1 chapter a month and 12 a year then if all four seasons are the same length of 43 chapters then that should mean they'll be done with the game in 8 3/4 years from now. XD

Are you referring to "Hex, Vex, and TexMex", the book you can get from the Quest "Big Witch Energy"? If so it should be in the top leftmost slot when you open up the black market on your computer. Be warned, it is a bit expensive at $666 but you should be able to scrounge that up in a few in game days if your broke. The only reason I can think of as to why it could possibly not be there would be if you went and talked to Maxine before going to your computer and had agreed to meet up with her. Aside from the previously mentioned book I can't think of any others off the top of my head. If this wasn't of any use to you let me know what quest you're working on and I will try to figure out what's going on with your run.

why does tab to speed up the dialog not work. i love the game but have the abitly to speed up thee dialog is nice. so did it get remove or is it a bug

yes, but are usually pretty choppy and will hopefully get replaced later with smoother animations.

im playing the latest public version but the Sauce/Off quest is broken? i go to the bathroom but nothing happens and i cant seem to continue the quest

hey to help out the devs you should probably say what quest line and important paths you took so they can replicate this/ find the problem.
the way i played was i picked up quests as i run into characters that have them and do the quests while im in the waiting period in certian quests

Found a bug in v1.54.1
