In version 1.54.1 you can not interact with the duct in the Sports Wing when doing the quest "The Lay of the Land". Or rather you can, but even after stacking the shoes you can not get the event to trigger.
I picked up the wrench during the "No True Scotsman" quest if that helps.
Turns out you need to Finish the Stolen Heart quest first. Then the Oxygen for Oxymoron quest will trigger.

theres a bug with poolside story i was gonna do the quest but theres a quest with kate also when i did the quest with kate i couldnt click on mrs.l

In version 1.54.1 if you press escape whilst in the Chapter Select menu the game crashes.
This does not happen if you click the return button.
